Our Recruitment Process
We aim to provide a smooth and supportive hiring experience. We like to personally connect with candidates, challenge them, and provide timely feedback. Here’s how it usually works:

Introductory Call: A short virtual or phone chat to get to know you, understand your goals, and see if we have the right role for you.

Interviews: Usually around three interviews (may vary depending on seniority). You’ll meet your future manager and other team members related to the role. Discussions will cover your experience, skills, the job requirements, and you’ll learn about Amaris culture, teams, and growth opportunities.

Case Study/Test: Depending on the role, you might be asked to complete a practical test like a role-play, technical challenge, or problem-solving exercise.

Job Description: Senior .NET Developer – Madrid
Join Amaris Consulting as a Senior .NET Developer in Madrid and elevate your career. You’ll work within an international team in a company with €800M revenue and 1,000+ clients globally, in an agile work environment. Ideal candidates have strong experience designing and developing .NET applications with solid skills in Object-Oriented Programming and Event-Driven Programming.
What You’ll Need:

6+ years of experience in .NET (C#) development

Strong understanding of OOP and Event-Driven Programming

Experience developing desktop applications using Visual Studio

Skills in database design and tuning with Oracle and SQL
-
Experience integrating SOAP and REST web services in C#

Proficiency with Git for version control in both local and team settings

Proven background working with microservices
-
Must live in Madrid or be willing to relocate (office presence required about once a week)

Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (C1 minimum)
Nice to Have:

Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools

Experience working in agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban

Leadership and mentoring abilities
