Liberty Software builds innovative pharmacy management solutions that help retail pharmacies improve patient safety, customer service, and profitability. We’re growing and looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer who can lead by example, mentor junior developers, and help us build secure, scalable applications for the healthcare industry.

As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing enterprise-grade desktop and web applications using VB.NET and WinForms for our core systems, along with ASP.NET Core and C# for web services and newer components. You’ll guide architecture decisions, champion best practices, and ensure our applications meet the highest standards of security and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).

What You’ll Do:

Lead development of secure, scalable desktop and web applications using VB.NET, WinForms, and ASP.NET Core/C#
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and InfoSec teams to deliver innovative, compliant solutions
Implement DevSecOps practices, including SAST/SCA tools and secure coding standards
Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing, and documentation
Stay current with emerging technologies and security best practices



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in full stack development with VB.NET and WinForms, plus ASP.NET Core and C# experience
Experience with Blazor is a plus
Proficiency in SQL Server and database optimization
Solid understanding of secure coding principles, encryption, and authentication mechanisms
Excellent communication and leadership skills
