$150,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Windows desktop applications using C#, .NET, and WPF
• Implement robust MVVM architectures and modern desktop design patterns
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and product stakeholders to define features and technical direction
• Write well-tested, maintainable code with an emphasis on performance and long-term stability
• Own issues end-to-end from root-cause analysis through resolution
• Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years professional experience building Windows desktop applications
• Proven expertise in C#, .NET, WPF, and MVVM application design
• Strong foundation in object-oriented design and software architecture
• Experience debugging complex desktop systems and producing maintainable testable code
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering team
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• SQL or relational database experience
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments
• Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience
Not a Fit
• Backend/cloud-only developers without WPF/desktop experience
