We’re partnered with a well-established, highly respected private equity firm to hire a Principal Fullstack .NET Engineer for a hands-on, high-impact role within their technology team.
This is an opportunity to architect and build sophisticated financial systems that directly support investment strategy and operations — in a firm that values engineering excellence and modern Microsoft technologies.
This is a deeply technical role focused on engineering excellence and long-term platform strategy.
As a Principal Engineer, you will:
- Architect, design, and build enterprise-grade financial applications
- Develop backend systems using modern versions of .NET (.NET 6/7/8)
- Build and maintain dynamic front-end applications using Angular
- Lead technical design discussions and influence architecture decisions
- Work closely with investment, operations, and business stakeholders
- Mentor junior developers (while remaining fully hands-on — no people management)
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience building applications with modern .NET + Angular
- Background in private equity, financial services, or banking
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft-based environments
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications in Azure
- Strong understanding of secure, scalable system design
- Nice-to-have: Experience building dashboards or reporting solutions in Power BI
