About the Role

Omnissa is seeking a C# / .NET Software Engineer to join the team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software that powers a platform transforming business operations. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems and driving innovation. The role offers a collaborative, dynamic environment where engineers are empowered to create scalable, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of new product features.
  • Implement security models for SaaS environments and design across application layers.
  • Collaborate with backend, frontend, infrastructure, and domain teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize customer needs, ensuring high-quality solutions and support.
  • Manage automation, CI/CD, and service quality with a strong service ownership mindset.
  • Resolve escalations and address challenging technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in C# and .NET or similar tech stacks.
  • Strong experience with object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and basic client-server development.
  • Familiarity with cryptography (PKI, TLS) and OS/system-level programming (Linux/Windows internals).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with .NET, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and security/compliance awareness.
  • Expertise in automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
