For our client in the public sector, we are seeking a .NET Developer to contribute to large-scale digitalization initiatives. The role involves developing, modernizing, and integrating digital solutions that support the state’s ongoing transformation projects.
- 2+ years of experience with .NET technologies (.NET Framework, .NET Core, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and ability to write optimized queries

Practical experience developing and integrating RESTful API services

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Ability to work effectively in a team and deliver on deadlines

Fluency in Lithuanian is mandatory

Experience in digitalization or modernization projects within the public sector

Familiarity with front-end frameworks or additional programming languages

Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications for public sector projects

Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect systems and services

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern digital solutions

Contribute to the modernization of existing systems and development of new services

Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to deadlines
