About the Role

Incedo is looking for a highly experienced .NET Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale digital banking solutions for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native architecture, and AWS services, with proven experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Mandatory Requirements

  • AWS Certification is Mandatory (AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or equivalent).
  • 12 – 18 years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong experience in designing and architecting large-scale applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS Cloud Services.
  • Experience working with Banking/Financial Services clients is strongly preferred.
  • Must be willing to work from San Diego, NYC, or Fort Mill, or be open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive architecture strategy for mission-critical banking applications.
  • Design scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud-native solutions on AWS.
  • Lead application modernization initiatives from legacy platforms to modern microservices-based architectures.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking security, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
  • Drive CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and automation best practices.
