- Tasking/estimating for stories and defects
- Participate in low-level design
- Respond to technical questions/issues related to the project
- Ensure technical excellence and skills of development staff through training, evaluation and continued development
- Enforce application standards, best practices and tool usage (as defined by the design team) within the development team
- Execution of development tasks/assignments
- Ensure completion of code reviews
- Participate in day to day low level design decisions on a project
- Work with the application design team on high-level design
- WCF, Web API and Web service experience required
- Experience with third party tools and packages for controls
- Agile Development experience using Rally or a similar project management software
- Experienced in .Net framework 4.0 or 4.5.2 and MVC 5.0+
- NUnit or Similar framework Experience for Unit Testing
- Expert level understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Ability to rapidly learn technical and business concepts
- Excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and partners required
- Ability to present technical concepts to technical and business audiences
- Commitment to high quality work and timely deliverables
- Experience with Source Control (Subversion preferred)
