About the Role

Join a high-performing, mission-critical team as a Full-Stack (.NET) Developer. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining custom software for federal government projects. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment while playing a pivotal role in building solutions that ensure high levels of security and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom software solutions using .NET technologies (primarily C#, MS SQL Server).
  • Establish trust with clients through effective software development and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide innovative, customer-specific solutions.
  • Support federal government DevSecOps and CI/CD processes.
  • Work with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) to ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on both on-premise and cloud network environments.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for system requirements, processes, and updates.
  • Participate in monthly status reports, customer engagement, and training.

Required Skills

  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 4+ years of experience in .NET development, especially in ASP.NET, C#, and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD processes in federal government settings.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, React.
  • Familiarity with source code management tools: Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with .NET Web Forms, MVC, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Prior experience working on large-scale projects in government or defense sectors.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
