About the Role

This leadership position is for a Senior .NET and Azure Engineer, where you’ll have a significant impact on the design, development, and deployment of large-scale applications supporting Sales, Service, and Distribution operations. The role involves working within a high-performing, cross-functional team in an agile, cloud-first environment. As a senior technical leader, you’ll be responsible for architectural decisions, mentoring peers, and ensuring that projects align with strategic goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack .NET applications that scale across various business functions.
Write optimized and scalable code in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Blazor to support core systems.
Manage ETL processes using SQL Server, SSIS, and Snowflake for efficient data integration.
Develop in and support a cloud-first environment, utilizing Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Pipelines.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical documentation.
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in on-call system maintenance activities.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in full-stack development with .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Blazor.
5+ years working with ETL processes, specifically SQL Server and SSIS.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure: Azure Functions, DevOps, Pipelines, Service Bus.
3+ years of experience in CI/CD, SDLC, and Agile project delivery in complex environments.
Proven track record of technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural contributions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure API Management.
Demonstrated success in leading technical teams through complex transformations.
Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
