Your Role:

Lead Modernization Efforts: Take charge of upgrading or rebuilding outdated .NET applications—deciding whether to update existing systems or create new ones from scratch.

Work Independently: Handle complex tasks on your own and support less experienced developers with guidance and mentorship.

Full-Stack Development: Work across the tech stack, especially with .NET (Core and Framework), Blazor, and SQL.

Enhance Documentation & Processes: Produce detailed documentation to support developers and operations teams.

Improve GitHub Workflows: Set up and optimize branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation using GitHub Enterprise.

Azure Integration: Build scalable and integrated solutions within Microsoft Azure’s ecosystem.
What You Bring:

7+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on the Microsoft stack.

Expertise in Blazor and modern front-end practices.

Strong SQL Server skills—writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and integrating with .NET apps.

Working knowledge of Azure for app hosting, DevOps, and integration.

Deep understanding of GitHub Enterprise (workflows, branching, CI/CD).

Clear communication and strong documentation skills.

A proactive mindset, able to work solo or as a team leader.
